As Zeffy is entirely product-led (we have no sales), user experience is key to our growth:
Self-serve activation: Over 10,000 new accounts created by organizations every month. Every step matters.
Conversion on payment forms: With 500,000 monthly visitors and $60M processed monthly, better design directly means more funds for nonprofits.
Revenue model: Entirely based on voluntary contributions. Exceptional design can completely change the game.
Product Led Adoption: To maximize our impact, the product must remain simple and intuitive, even as it grows more powerful and feature-rich—a true design challenge.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be a key player in making our platform even more intuitive and enjoyable for nonprofits. You’ll work closely with the product team and cofounders to turn user challenges into simple, effective solutions.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Design intuitive solutions for our users, aligned with our product vision.
Conduct user research to inform our design decisions.
Enhance the user experience to improve activation and engagement.
Create and test prototypes, refining them based on feedback.
5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of user-centered solutions.
Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to execution, solving complex problems.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Expert in design tools like Figma, with a solid understanding of prototyping and user testing.
