Main responsibilities
Develop, plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Promote and improve usage of marketing-driven tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike)
Define metrics, test, analyze and report on campaigns
Collaborate with sales managers to improve customer-facing assets and sales material
Design and implement successful go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the product management team
Lead the marketing communications team (3 people)
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience in the biotech or pharma industry, or background in life sciences
