About the Role

As the Team Lead CPG for Uber Ads France, you will build out the playbook for the vertical, focus on the go-to-market strategy while leading a team of Client Partners and Partner Managers who are responsible for creating mutually beneficial ads partnerships with the world's largest CPG brands.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that delivers on our partners' marketing objectives and exceeds Uber's revenue targets across our media solutions within Uber Mobility App (display and video) Uber Eats (sponsored search, display) and bringing Ubers full suite of partnership opportunities to bear.

You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Legal and Operations leaders to collectively deliver on our partners' and Uber's goals. You will report directly to the Uber Advertising FR Country Manager

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with partners' marketing objectives and exceeds revenue targets.
  • Build and lead a team of Client Partners and Partner Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Establish Uber as a leading advertising platform by creating mutually beneficial partnerships with top-tier CPG brands.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align product offerings, marketing strategies, and operational processes with client needs.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to craft compelling narratives that influence decision-makers and highlight Uber's value proposition.
  • Manage complex negotiations with enterprise-level clients, balancing partner success with Uber's growth objectives.
  • Drive innovation in retail media and branding solutions, positioning Uber Ads as a leader in the industry.
What You Will Need
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in end-to-end Enterprise/Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in sales management.
  • Expertise in selling ad solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a track record of closing high-impact deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and execute strategic sales plans that drive success for clients and the organization.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve their potential.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills.
  • A resourceful and proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of CPG verticals, including experience in retail media and branding
