Founded in 2016, Urban Campus is a pioneer in managed residential spaces, born from a vision to reshape urban living. In response to evolving lifestyle trends, we identified a need for a new type of housing: one that is more personal, adaptable, and centered around community and convenience. We craft innovative living solutions tailored to a wide range of demographics, catering to everyone from students and professionals to retirees.

• Pooling and optimization of space and equipment to reduce average impact and maximize utilization.
• Supplier selection based on local/regional presence.
• Creation of a green and vegetal environment (exterior and interior spaces).

Design:

• Minimize energy and water consumption/costs through IoT sensors, data analysis and proactive resident awareness.
• Rigorous recycling policies.
• Selection of green energy suppliers where possible.
