The VALOREM Group is a long-standing player in renewable energy in France. Founded in 1994 through a European programme, VALOREM started as a technical design office before embarking on the development of third-party projects. After that it set up in business on its own, ultimately dedicating itself wholly to the construction and operation-maintenance of productive assets in the field of renewable energy.
Nowadays, the VALOREM Group remains an independent and vertically integrated company with a European scope and active in the fields of wind power, photovoltaic solar energy and hydroelectricity, as well as in marine energy, battery storage and green hydrogen.

VALOREM's purpose is to participate in the global transition to renewable energies in order to end energy dependency on fossil and fissile fuels, and to contribute to environmental protection by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, while paying close attention to the problems of biodiversity and the desertification of rural areas. VALOREM is more focused than ever on its future and, at the end of 2022, announced its ambition to play a part in the development of offshore wind energy projects and to strengthen its electricity storage capacities, in addition to traditional energy sources.
The company remains very attached to its core values: conviviality, initiative, sharing, collegiality and team spirit. The well-being and fulfilment of its employees is a key priority for the Group. The rapid growth in the VALOREM Group's workforce over the last few years requires great attention to be paid to managerial practices, team building and the sharing of a common culture.
From the outset, the VALOREM Group has paid particular attention to the environmental and social impact of its activities, working to promote social inclusion and the development of clean, affordable energy in the territories. In 2021, VALOREM chose to define and affirm its Mission to ensure that this commitment is reflected into long-term global performance. By becoming a Mission-driven company, the VALOREM Group is choosing to question its position and role as an entrepreneur to create a fairer and more sustainable society. There is a real desire to go further in terms of CSR and to take on a commitment that is visible to everyone.
