VALOREM has grown from a small business to a Group made up of more than 520 employees and remains deeply rooted to its core values: conviviality, independence, expertise and team spirit. The VALOREM Group is now a vertically integrated company that is still independent, with expertise in a wide range of renewable energies: wind power, solar photovoltaic, hydroelectricity, marine energies, hydrogen, etc.

To maintain an integrated vision and expertise at every stage of a project, the Group is divided into specialist subsidiaries: VALOREM for the development of renewable energy projects, VALREA for construction and logistics, and VALEMO for operation and maintenance.

This department is spread across VALOREM's various agencies in Metropolitan France and the Overseas France territories. It covers all project development activities in their territories, based on a multi-energy approach. The department has around 100 employees, divided into 8 branches (Aix-en-Provence, Amiens, Bègles, Carcassonne, Lorient, Lyon, Nantes and Pointe-à-Pitre) and 3 departments: Business Development, Hydroelectricity and Environment & Landscape.

For over a decade, the VALOREM Group has been developing its presence outside France and mainly in Europe to accelerate the energy transition, secure the supply of green electricity at an affordable price and achieve energy self-sufficiency. The Group is active in Finland, Greece, Poland, Sweden and Romania. It draws on the expertise of local teams to develop and finance renewable energy projects while helping achieve the global CO₂ emissions targets.

Based in Bègles, VALOREM's design office is divided into two departments: the wind and acoustic design office, and the solar design office. The design office experts are involved throughout the development of a solar or wind project, as well as during the pre-construction and operation phases.

VALREA, a VALOREM Group subsidiary founded in 2007 and based in Bègles, specialises in the construction of renewable energy plants on behalf of VALOREM and third parties. VALREA provides its expertise to customers through contracts for project management assistance, project management or turnkey construction of electricity production facilities. VALREA works all over France, as well as in Finland, Greece and soon in Poland.

Founded in 2011, VALEMO is the Operation and Maintenance subsidiary of the VALOREM Group. As a multi-energy operator (wind, solar, hydroelectric and marine energies), VALEMO works alongside its customers to maximise the potential of their renewable energy facilities. As a genuine partner, VALEMO is able to make recommendations to the owners of renewable energy plants, enabling them to optimise the production of their assets over the long term.

Backed by its experience with VALOREM Group, VALEMO also offers its services to a large number of external customers in total independence and guarantees them complete confidentiality. VALEMO has been active in the offshore wind market since 2014, and already had the first teams trained in this new type of offshore maintenance.

Founded in 2002, OPTAREL is a VALOREM Group subsidiary specialising in the design, development and marketing of rooftop photovoltaic power plants and car park shades. OPTAREL offers a range of solutions, from the direct sale of electricity onto the grid to self-consumption and roof leasing.
