QuantSpark is an AI and Analytics consultancy in London. We help organisations change how they work with data and AI, and we build what we recommend.
We were founded in 2016 on a belief that still shapes the work: every business is an information system. Most of our projects start by mapping how a business makes decisions today and where value is being lost, then fixing it with data, AI and software.
We bring the analytical rigour of a strategy consultancy and the creativity of a product studio. In practice, the people who do the analysis are the same people who build the solution, so we see our work in use.
We work in four ways: AiRE puts AI to work inside the systems and teams a client already has. QuantSpark Labs builds custom AI software, starting with a working prototype. QuantSpark Transform changes how leadership teams make decisions. QuantSpark Forge builds enterprise data and AI systems for problems that keep coming back.
Our clients range from private equity-backed and mid-market businesses to FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies and government, across the UK, US and Europe. Many of our private equity relationships have grown into work across their portfolio companies.
In 2026 we were named Data Consultancy of the Year at the British Data Awards, and a winner of Maya’s Culture 100 UK Awards.
