The company has always been open to remote working. Physical presence in the office is required at least 2 days (of your choice) per week.
In order to ensure transparency and to create a bond with the company, a meeting (virtual or face-to-face) brings together all the teams every Monday to discuss the different successes, challenges and key moments of the past week and the one to come.
Once a month, a moment of discussion and feedback is organised to address strategic issues and current events at Arenametrix. This is followed by a social activity (drinks, restaurant, board games, etc.)
