Our Customer Delight teams focus on providing a delightful experience to our current and future customers through rapid and positive response, anywhere and at any time. We also build and operate significant value to our customers to (re)Buy (Insurance, Loyalty Program, repair services…) and create merchants stickiness (Back Care, Back Repair, Back Back, Back Parts, RaaS,...).
In terms of Logistics & BuyBack: our Logistics team makes sure we offer logistics’ efficiency all the way through the value chain. our BuyBack team is Back Market’s reversed marketplace where customers can sell back their used devices.
Finally, our Country & Category team is in charge of driving Back Market’s growth through international expansion and category diversification.

We drive supply on Back Market via global partners (refurbishers, brokers, traders, Buy and Stores). We are Built in 3 pillars:
New businesses: Acquires new merchants on all product categories (Smartphones, Core Electronics, and Other Diversification)
Merchants activation: Onboards and trains new Merchants on our platform ensuring they provide a good customer experience and perfectly understand our Quality and Sales standards.
Account Management and Growth: Builds strong relationships with our existing customers, monitors their performance and drives growth of revenue and product diversification.
Finally, our Global Supply Operations team is here to monitor our key metrics and improve our internal processes for the Supply teams to provide a thoughtful experience to our partners.
