We create a "wow effect" systematically with our customers, and we were able to show our efficiency with all our customers put into production. We believe in a straightforward and insightful hiring process—no unnecessary hurdles, just meaningful conversations to see if we’re the right fit for each other.

  • Two one-hour sessions: First with our CTO to dive into your technical approach, then with our CEO to align on vision and culture.

  • A small technical test: Not about specific skills, but about how you think and solve problems.

  • No need to know JavaScript: If you're eager to learn, that’s what matters! But prior knowledge is, of course, a plus.
