In the recruitment process, Eskimoz will always prioritize internal promotion over hiring. Indeed, we are convinced that a motivated employee, who is invested in their company, will be as valuable as an external candidate, who is more qualified or experienced for the position. Even if the person promoted has not demonstrated all the skills of the position, we trust them to develop them through experience.
I joined Eskimoz through an internship as SEO Consultant in 2016. They invested in and trusted me, making me permanent at the end of the six months. I am proud to have evolved with the company and witnessed its growth, hiring new talent, creating new poles and growing a diversified client base. In 2019, I was promoted to SEO Manager and now have four consultants in my team.
