Tech team
The technical team is structured into 5 divisions:
An "Innovation" pole whose mission is to enlighten the company's strategy by ensuring a technical, service and standards watch, by conducting exploratory studies, but also by realizing POCs, prototypes and by piloting partnership operations. He is also in charge of Gireve's participation in research projects.
A "Build" division that works closely with the "product" team, designs IS solutions and ensures their development relying on external resources. This is the team of Product-Owners, Designers, Project Managers and Developers.
A "Connexion" team that supports our customers in their projects to connect to our platform: training, support and verification/certification of the correct implementation of our APIs in their systems.
A "Run" division that defines the architecture orientations, ensures deployments, monitors applications and infrastructures, leads the "Cloudification" policy and manages the relations with the IT teams of our customers and partners.
A "Hypervision" division that deals with Data-Science issues: data analysis, querying, development of predictive models, defining solutions associated with "Data" products and participating in all consulting missions where the rule is "speak with data". It is the team of data-engineers, data-scientists and data-viz professionals.

Organization and methodologies
The organization is centered on the product concept. The delivery management is based on Scrum with sprints of 2 or 4 weeks. The production releases are equipped (CI and Terraform) and processed and take place every 4 weeks.
Jira is the central and shared tool, with workflows adapted for each division.
The technical team is a place of mutual aid, where information circulates quickly and solidarity is a state of mind. We live well here and we learn a lot, about technologies and methodologies.
Recruitment process
The recruitment process is simple, efficient and friendly:
- Analysis and pre-selection of applications
- Interview with the head of the department in person or remotely.
- Possible visit of our premises and meeting with the team
- Second interview with a manager
- Decision and signature
The meeting with the team is organized and includes presentations and internal trainings that allow to quickly integrate the team and understand everything about electric vehicles, recharging, intermediation.
