We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our growth.
This role is pivotal in generating high-quality leads, supporting our Account Executives (AEs), and achieving business goals. If you’re hungry for career progression, this position is your gateway to roles like Account Executive or Customer Success Manager with proven success.

As a BDR, you’ll:

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calls, emails, and marketing efforts.

  • Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their position in the buying cycle.

  • Qualify leads and ensure they move seamlessly through the sales funnel.

  • Gather key insights, update CRM systems (Hubspot), and schedule product demos.

  • Identify new business opportunities and present the value of Mytraffic

  • Track and report sales activities and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies, share best practices, and optimize sales cycles.

Requisitos

What We’re Looking For

  • Languages: Native Spanish and Fluent in English.

  • Experience: 

    • 1+ years in high-volume cold-calling and business development.

    • Previous experience with email campaigns and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).

  • Skills:

    • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities.

    • Positive, autonomous, and driven mindset.

    • Ability to determine lead qualification based on established criteria.

    • Professional, diligent, and results-oriented.

  2. 60-min Business Case with Jorge, Head of Sales Spain -> Homework review & real role play.

  3. 45-min Values Interview with two Mytraffic employees 

  4. Final Interview with Jorge & Jaime, CEO & Founder Geoblink.
