PlayPlay is a BtoB SaaS scaleup created in 2017 by Thibaut Machet.
At the time, Thibaut was Social Media Director at Eurosport and he observed the rise of the video format. Unfortunately, creating video content was time consuming and expensive. Thibaut decided to leave Eurosport with two collaborators to create the video creation tool of his dreams.
Today, with over 2,500 customers and 230 employees, PlayPlay has grown a lot. But its mission remains the same: to bring companies closer to their communities through the power of video.
Backed by top VCs, PlayPlay is hiring for its three offices: Paris, New York and Berlin.

PlayPlay employees have defined the 5 values together: User-first, Creative, United, Ambitious & Committed. Cross-team groups of employees, voluntarily formed, bring these values to life on a daily basis.
The "Culture Squad" launches regular initiatives to create a friendly and fun work environment and bring our values into practice every day. We can mention the weekly blind test, the ping-pong championship or the themed afterworks.
At PlayPlay, we do things seriously... without taking ourselves too seriously!
Because we believe in our vision, we can dream big for PlayPlay.
We are specialists in cross-team projects!
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do
We take ownership of our projects, with responsibility.
We give everyone the freedom to express and develop their creativity.
We have at heart to commit ourselves for what we think is right. Each PlayPlayer is free to take in hand the project of his choice: collection of gifts for the most underprivileged, partnership with associations, participation in events to raise funds...
Also, we include our different teams in the recruitment process. At PlayPlay, recruitment is considered a collective mission where everyone can contribute. Each PlayPlayer is actively trained to conduct structured interviews and to guard against potential bias.
