In the Product Management team our job is to define the customer's needs and create the platform to address them in a timely and effective manner.
Our work is built around three principles: co-construction, incremental innovation and autonomy. Every day, we talk and work with our internal and external users (client travel agencies) with whom we co-design.
We do translate their needs into functionalities, which will be developed by our engineering teams. We innovate by small steps, incrementally.
We are a cross-functional and integrated team (composed by a product manager, an engineer and a business manager).
The role of our team is to make sure all the train booking platforms are easy to use and maintain.
The tech team simplifies the complexity of the railway industry for our customers.
We are improving continuously by considering their feedback and providing them the latest innovations.
We work closely with the product team, and support to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
Operations is the team in front of the customers. We are the face and ears of Rail Europe and our mission is their satisfaction. We are here to ensure that all runs smoothly with their reservations and train travel in Europe.
How do we do this? First by understanding and qualifying their travel queries, anticipating their needs, accompanying them, offering our expertise throughout their journey and booking experience, and by finding the best possible solution if they ever face a problem. Quality of service, rail know-how and empathy is at the heart of our customer support.
Our job has many international dimensions. We work with colleagues in India, France, China, Australia and in the United States. We talk to clients from around the world: the good thing of our job is that no two days are alike, no two clients are alike and tailoring our support to meet their high expectations is our mission.

Our department is handling sales, marketing and supplier relationship.
Rail Europe operates both B2B and B2C. We cover more than 70 markets across the world. We have local teams of experts to work very close with our customers, in the USA, Australia, India, China and Europe. We provide multiple booking solutions to fit each customer’s need. With our Product & Tech teams, we are improving our booking platforms, our rail offers and product features.
One of our ambitions for the coming years is to make Rail Europe even more popular in Europe, and to explain why we have a unique know-how and how we meet the needs of the market to make train travel easier.
