Recruitment process

We hire champions

We set a high bar and continuously invest in our people to help them succeed. If you’re up for the challenge just follow the steps below:

  1. Has one of our vacancies caught your eye? Send us your resume!

  2. Take part in a prequalification call with our Talent Acquisition Manager –you’ll find out more about Witekio and our culture, and we’ll find out more about you and your career ambitions.

  3. Technical test sent via CodinGame – if you’re applying for a technical position, we will ask you to complete a short (30 minute) technical test. The test ensures we conduct a fair and consistent evaluation of all candidates. It also provides a base line of your technical knowledge and will help guide follow up questions during an interview with our Engineering team.

  4. Technical interview with your future colleague(s) – this step of the interview will be the opportunity to delve into the technical components of the role and gain more insight into what day-to-day will be like at Witekio. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, you’re interviewing them too!

  5. HR interview– this interview is all about the culture fit. We want to be sure we are the right fit for you, and you are the right fit for us.

  6. Manager interview with our Local Engineering Director / Team Leader – the objective of this meeting is to give you more insight into daily life at Witekio, the way of working, as well as more context around the projects you will get involved in.

  7. Everything went well? You’ll receive an offer from us and officially become a Witekian! Welcome to the team.
