The Consulting teams are organised into 6 business practices: Actuarial Consulting, Modeling & Risk Health, Modeling & Risk Life, Modeling & Risk P&C, Pricing & Analytics Life & Health, Pricing & Analytics P&C. Each of them supports our customers on a day-to-day basis, through assignments ranging from a few days to several months, to provide them with our experience and expertise.

The Actuarial Consulting practice, drawing on their strong actuarial expertise, develops approaches to optimise the systems in place at insurers in order to transform regulatory constraints into genuine added value, and contributes to strengthening the involvement of governance in risk management. At the heart of risk monitoring issues in complex, multi-standard environments (Solvency II, IFRS 17, ORSA, etc.), the Modeling & Risk practices help our customers to optimise their models and processes, to support them in defining their strategy (ALM, ESG, reinsurance, ERM, etc.), its implementation and management right through to production.

The Pricing & Analytics practices bring their market knowledge and pragmatism to help our customers develop their pricing strategies, both to maintain their portfolio and to help manage it and find the best balance between profitability and competitiveness.

The Product & Technology department, based in Lyon, is the place where Addactis' product vision is defined, and where business and technical expertise are combined and enriched. Our expertise is based on the effective articulation and interweaving of 3 elements: software, data and business expertise.

This is where the added value of our solutions comes into its own, thanks to the way our teams are organised by solution, bringing together specialists in product management, software architecture, development, software R&D and business experts.

Each team is responsible for the design and delivery of its solution, as well as production, automated testing, support and operation for SaaS solutions. The entire production cycle is managed in agile mode.

Half of the 50 employees in the Product & Techno department are developers, software architects, product and quality engineers, and half are actuaries, statisticians and engineers who know the insurance industry and understand our customers' needs, acting as product owners and modellers for our customers.

The Professional Services department is based internationally, with teams spread across several countries: Belgium, Colombia, France, Portugal and Spain.

On a day-to-day basis, the teams support our customers in the implementation of their solution(s), from the design phase to the solution validation phase, including the core of the implementation (data supply phase, development of the specifics validated during the design phase, delivery of the solution).

All the staff in this department are heavily involved in customer relations. They are in permanent contact with them: sales support, training, post-implementation support, etc.

Go-to-Market Department
 The Go-to-Market department ensures the reputation of Addactis and coordinates all sales activities, both from the offices in Europe and Latin America, as well as from our partners or the leads generation via the digital channel.

Support Services Department
The employees of the "Support" Services (HR, IT, Finance & Accounting, Legal, Communications) provide support to all the actuarial and technology teams and to the international offices. They share a sense of commitment and service to our internal clients, as well as a strong sense of solidarity on various projects to contribute to the development of the Addactis strategic project "Growing Together" and our human capital.
