Jonathan Cherki has served as CEO since founding Contentsquare in 2012. He has grown Contentsquare exponentially while promoting the importance of UX to optimize the customer journey. He believes knowledge is power, and his mission is to change the way companies work by creating a data-driven culture that is accessible to everyone.

As Contentsquare’s Chief Technical Officer, Patrick Chatain has been instrumental in steering the company’s technological vision since joining in 2017, back when the team was 200 strong. Now, with a global workforce of 1,800, Patrick and his team are dedicated to implementing cutting-edge technology that meets the demands of high-speed, large-volume data environments. His focus on KPIs and complex metrics enables Contentsquare to deliver innovative solutions at scale, keeping the company at the forefront of digital experience analytics.

Arnaud Gouachon is Chief Legal Officer at Contentsquare and a full stack General Counsel with experience in both public companies and VC-backed hypergrowth startups. He has responsibility over the Legal (commercial transactions, corporate & tax, IP, litigation, employment law), Digital Trust (privacy & data ethics) and Security functions. Prior to joining Contentsquare in early 2019, Arnaud was Chief Legal Officer at PeopleDoc and VP Legal at Ultimate Software. Arnaud is a problem-solving partner to the business, focused on turning legal and compliance challenges into business opportunities and revenue accelerators. He is passionate about building globally diverse legal teams. Arnaud and his wife are proud parents of three children and live in New York City. He is also an accomplished marathon runner.

Joël Maurinier is a Product Design Director at Contentsquare, where he drives the design of impactful products and services at the Core Product division. With experience as Lead UX Designer at Renault Digital, Joël is a dedicated mentor and coach who loves nurturing creativity and innovative thinking within his teams. His passion lies in crafting user-centered solutions that enhance user experience and deliver exceptional value

Priyanka Khan is the Director of Quality Engineering at Contentsquare, bringing over 11 years of expertise in quality analysis, engineering, and assurance. Since joining in 2018, she has built and led high-performance teams, transforming the quality landscape across R&D and Product. Priyanka is known for her strategic approach, focusing on quality process optimization, test automation frameworks, and developing robust Quality KPIs. Her team’s dedication to quality excellence ensures Contentsquare consistently delivers superior products that meet the highest standards in the industry.

Chang Jiang, a Learning and Development Specialist at Contentsquare, has seen her career evolve since she joined as an intern. Progressing through roles as an L&D Partner to her current specialist position, Chang has spent over two years expanding her expertise and contributing to the company’s growth. Her mission is to empower employees through dynamic training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within Contentsquare.

Anaïs Bonnaire, Chief of Staff to the CTO, has a diverse 13-year background in digital project management, with several roles at Contentsquare, from Agile Program Manager to Senior Engineering Program Manager. Known for her ability to connect the dots across teams, Anaïs brings a strategic and empathetic approach to aligning operational and engineering perspectives, driven by a desire to streamline processes and foster seamless collaboration that empowers innovation at Contentsquare.

Clémence Vermersch is the Director of Corporate Finance and Chief of Staff to the CFO at Contentsquare. Bringing her expertise from her former role as Investor Relations Director at Criteo, Clémence is deeply committed to strategic financial planning and operational efficiency. She’s passionate about fostering transparent, sustainable financial practices that support Contentsquare’s growth and financial resilience

Elissa Goldenberg is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Contentsquare, where she combines her expertise as a DEI expert, social impact consultant, and certified coach. Elissa’s mission is to cultivate inclusive workplace cultures where every employee can thrive. She leverages her academic background in organizational change management to drive social impact and meaningful organizational transformation

Elizabeth Pavageau is the CSR Senior Director at Contentsquare, where she leads initiatives to drive sustainable growth and meaningful ESG impact globally. As a seasoned French-American tech executive, She has launched and scaled businesses for both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups. A Duke University and ESCP Business School graduate, Elizabeth believes deeply in leveraging enterprise capabilities for social and environmental good, championing Contentsquare’s mission to to empower businesses to create a world where everybody has a digital experience they love, seek, and deserve—an experience that is accessible, inclusive, trustworthy and sustainable

Chloe Bou Nader is the Team Lead for Customer Success at Contentsquare. Since joining in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager, Chloe has climbed the ranks to become a Senior Customer Success Manager and now leads her team with a passion for delivering value and ensuring client satisfaction. With her extensive experience, she is dedicated to driving impactful customer experiences that help clients maximize the benefits of Contentsquare’s solutions.

Camille, who first started as a Security Specialist and has grown to be an Information Security Manager, has seen her team quadruple and globalise since her arrival, three years ago. As a go-to person regarding cyber-security topics, her main mission is the safeguarding of data. Three keywords can be used to describe her job at Contentsquare: People, Process and Technology. On top of working with various departments through her official role, she also connects the people of the CSquad by being an active member of the Culture Crew and organising multiple events, from running to dorayaki classes!

Nelly McCarthy has been with Contentsquare since 2018 on the Customer Success Team in the United States and she is based out of the New York City office. She began her career here onboarding new clients on the Contentsquare platform - guiding and training them on how to optimize their use of our tool with her deep understanding of our product capabilities.

Throughout these years she watched her team quadruple in size. In 2023, she transitioned to a Success Manager position where she manages the relationship with a portfolio of enterprise clients providing value and expertise throughout the customer journey.

Liam Breen has served the US Market since July 2020, when he joined the Sales Development Team at Contentsquare. He joined as employee number 700, is based in New York City, and watched the company grow while helping penetrate the US Market. After two years of going through the Sales Development Program, Liam was promoted to Enterprise Account Executive in April 2022.
