Welcome to the Jungle was founded in 2015 by Jérémy Clédat and Bertrand Uzeel. They set out to reimagine the job search experience. To do this, they created a website where companies could list job offers alongside video interviews with employees and photos of the office and team, allowing potential candidates to picture themselves in their future jobs. It was designed to help companies develop their employer brand and attract more talent.
Today, with over 5,500 corporate clients all over France and 2 million unique monthly visitors, Welcome to the Jungle has become the leader in workplace media. In total, Welcome to the Jungle raised almost 80 million Euros to fund growth and international expansion.

Since 2020, we proudly hold the B Corp certification, a stringent recognition centered on five key categories: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers. This certification serves as a testament to our commitment to becoming a company with a positive impact on various fronts. This initiative was 100% led by volunteers within our teams reflecting our collective willingness to make a difference.
Our practices were meticulously examined, including scrutiny of our governance model, transparency within teams, employee shareholding, and supplier selection, among other aspects. Each day, we remain dedicated to challenging ourselves on these topics, continually striving for improvement in the future.
