Parenthood must never be an obstacle in someone’s career. We support our employees in their role or future role as parents. We've signed the Parental Challenge, that supports an egalitarian and inclusive policy towards parenthood.
At Welcome to the Jungle, we're dedicated to empowering all individuals. Today we have 2 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Jungle Pride and Disability Inclusion. These ERGs foster open discussions and support for individuals with disabilities as part of our broader diversity and inclusion efforts.
Prioritizing mental health is an important aspect of building a sustainable relationship with work and we chose to partner up with Moka.care; a mental health prevention solution to offer free sessions with psychologists, coaches, and therapists to all employees.
