I have been working at Addactis for almost 8 years and I have never seen the time pass! Because I have had many opportunities to learn, to improve and I have always had the feeling of constantly being faced with new challenges. I started my career in the Products & Techno department, where, as an Actuary, I contributed to the improvement of our software.
This in-depth knowledge of Addactis solutions led me to work with our international customers during implementations abroad, especially in Germany. I then joined the Modeling & Risk P&C Practice and multiplied the number of implementation missions. And all this without leaving Lyon! (a city I love), because the different Addactis offices work in synergy without us having to move to develop and benefit from internal mobility. Addactis is a community in which I feel stimulated, recognised and which allows me to surpass myself.

The commitment to actuarial education has always been strong at Addactis, which is why Addactis supports numerous actuarial institutes around the world. Addactis also organises "Pricing Games", a competition between students based on solving an actuarial problem. Participants must build a pricing project from start to finish to find the best solution to the problem.

The Addactis annual seminar is a great opportunity for us to share our successes, our project and, above all, to take the time to have fun with colleagues from all over the world.
Throughout the year, the life of each Addactis office is animated by afterworks, workshops and teambuildings, festive events that maintain our value of shared enthusiasm. Addactis also encourages and financially supports employees' initiatives in terms of sports and community involvement, as well as the ARSEP (Association for Research into Multiple Sclerosis) by setting up an internal "Running for a Cause" challenge.
