Our development unit is made up of several teams working in Agile mode adapted to the type of project. Among the common rituals: the daily, the planning, the demo.

These teams are in charge of one or more projects in the same field and include development, quality, product owner and devops. They are in constant contact with our business experts/actuaries, who are present at our side.

We emphasise accountability and autonomy in both the shaping/design and evaluation/development phases.

During our recruitment phase, you will meet with members of the development teams (lead dev, front, back etc.) in order to better understand our working environment and our methodologies.

You will also meet with the Addactis R&D manager to understand the technical vision and objectives of our teams.
