The Product & Technology department, based in Lyon, imagines, designs, produces and sometimes operates the software solutions used by our customers around the world.

Our technical vision is based on 3 main aspects:

• to meet the requirements of the industry in terms of performance, computational and algorithmic challenges, while offering user-friendly tools.
• to continue our transformation towards the web and Saas by increasing our expertise in new technologies.
• adapt our technical choices to the needs of our products. Thus our stacks and architectures range from On Premise "heavy" client, through web angular/dotnetcore to severless SaaS.

Our development unit is made up of several teams working in Agile mode adapted to the type of project. Among the common rituals: the daily, the planning, the demo.

These teams are in charge of one or more projects in the same field and include development, quality, product owner and devops. They are in constant contact with our business experts/actuaries, who are present at our side.

We emphasise accountability and autonomy in both the shaping/design and evaluation/development phases.

The Professional Services team, made up of actuaries and project managers and dedicated to implementations, ensures the quality of the solutions (Regulatory and Profitability) that we deliver to our international customers, from the design phase through to the core implementation phase (data supply phase, development of the specifics validated during the design phase, delivery of the solution).

By ensuring successful implementation, in-depth training and high-quality technical support, the members of the Professional Services team guarantee customer satisfaction, accelerate product adoption and strengthen long-term customer satisfaction.
