Success in this position is demonstrated by strong communication skills (the ability to confidently present to both small and large audiences), consistently meeting department targets, taking full ownership of assigned missions from scoping to completion, maintaining excellent peer-to-peer collaboration, exhibiting great organizational and time management skills (submitting weekly timesheets and keeping project management tools up-to-date). You will play a crucial role in ensuring client retention and maximizing the value of our tool.

This is a full-time role based in our Paris office, supporting customers across various EMEA regions, including France, Southern Europe, and, as needed, the UK and North-Central Europe. • UX Recommendations: Solve client challenges by delivering actionable visual and written UX recommendations, developed in collaboration with Data Analysts and based on data-driven insights.
  • A/B Test Strategy: Develop A/B test variation ideas, with a clear rationale for the problem being addressed and the specific metric you aim to improve.
  • Mockup Creation: Produce high-fidelity mockups in Figma to guide site redesigns, following industry design best practices.
  • Inspirational Benchmarking: Curate a collection of best practices, industry trends, and competitor examples to inspire future page redesigns.
  • Inspire the global design community by meeting weekly, and sharing design solutions & UX recommendations to inspire and elevate design standards .
  • Actively participating in process improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve business operations for better client outcomes.
  • What you’ll need to succeed:

  • To succeed in this role, you will need a degree or qualifications in web design, graphic design, or UX/UI design (or similar), and a minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design or related fields. Optional certifications in areas like Figma, UX/UI Design, or web accessibility would be a valuable bonus.
  • Proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping and high-fidelity designs.
  • Strong foundation in UX design theory, especially in web design usability.
  • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards and best practices (bonus).
  • A foundational understanding of Atomic Design Methodology and design systems is a bonus.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Google Suite (especially Google Slides).
  • What makes you stand out:

  • Fluency in French and English (additional European languages such as German are a bonus).
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong team spirit and excellent peer-to-peer collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized and autonomous, capable of leading projects from initial scoping through to successful completion.
  • Regularly stays up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry knowledge, enabling the ability to provide creative, out-of-the-box benchmark recommendations.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with marketing data and analytics to inform design decisions and strategies.
