Product Managers (PMs) work closely with business units and end users to understand needs and challenges. They are responsible for prioritizing the backlog and continually updating the product roadmap.
Developing the product vision, they ensure that development teams have clear visibility on topics well in advance, enabling them to create the most suitable digital solutions. They may oversee all business processes of Millenium, although they will have 1 or 2 areas of deeper expertise given the richness and functional depth.
Mathilde, Product Manager
Scrum Masters ensure the effective organization of all teams around the framework we have chosen to develop the new ERP Millenium: LeSS.
As true facilitators, their primary focus is on optimizing organization, coaching teams in finding solutions, and organizing key rituals (such as sprint reviews, sprint planning, ...). They enable teams to gain autonomy and strive to streamline operations, identifying and helping resolve any kind of blockage or impediment.
Tung, Scrum Master
The development teams are at the heart of the organization. They are responsible end-to-end, from understanding the requirements to delivery.
In constant contact with users and business units to better understand their daily needs and develop a product that streamlines their work, these teams typically consist of 5 to 7 members. They handle architecture/modeling implementation, back and front-end development, and ensure code coverage through automated testing. Finally, they deploy to production.
Lucas, Fullstack Developer
The user support & Experts intervene when there is a software-related issue. They handle level 2 incidents reported by local level 1 contacts in agencies, from opening to closure.
Their role involves analyzing, diagnosing, and prioritizing tickets based on their severity and impact on our clients, working closely with users and developers. They also play a proactive role in proposing enhancements to the tool and processes.
