Our Tech Team is part of the R&D department, which accounts for one-third of the company’s employees. The Tech Team t supports Fintecture’s development and scalability with a range of expertise in different areas:
- Software Engineer Team: develops new features and products and makes sure our solutions run smoothly.
- DevOps Team: builds and develops Fintecture’s infrastructure.
- QA Team: approves product quality and functionality before launch.
- Data Team: centralizes and uses the available data to measure our ability to adapt and progress.
- IT Team: always with scalability in mind, the IT team provides the means to work in the best conditions.
