We are confident that offering our employees the opportunity to choose their organization will lead us to success. Whether you prefer full remote or hybrid work, we have four coworking space locations (Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Nantes). To preserve our team spirit, we have several tools and rituals :

Slack, Jira and the Google suite to keep daily updates;
Daily meetings for each team;
Weekly meetings to update everyone;
Product demo to spread the tech culture.
We also organize monthly meetings in Paris. our agenda? Workshops, REX, quarterly reports or team building activities.

Transportation and hotel expenses are covered for the monthly team meeting in Paris.
Coworking spaces are available in cities where two or more Gatling members are located.
A remote package is available for those who don't have access to a coworking space.
We offer a €200 plan for your workspace equipment
(including a chair, computer materials, headphones…)
