The tech team is divided into 3 separate projects: Research & Development, Hybrid and Cloud, all involving both front-end and back-end developers. An Ops team is also assisting our development projects. Their goal is to develop the reference load testing tool in the DevOps world. Their teams rely on autonomy, curiosity, collaboration and excellence. They work closely with the Product team to build a cutting-edge solution based on users’ insights and most innovative organizations’ needs.
The sales team is in charge of selling Gatling Enterprise and meeting the needs of customers. The team is composed of 8 people (BDRs, AEs, Solutions consultant, CSMs) coming from a diverse range of professional and cultural backgrounds. Each member of our team is directly impacting the sales results and performance every week.
The Marketing team is focused on 2 main areas: Branding & Performance. Branding is responsible for brand consistency, representation during external events around the world, content writing and, of course, the website. The Perf pole is responsible for lead generation, our contact base and lead qualification, with a view of transferring them to the Business team. At the heart of the perf pole is our media buying strategy, including social media. Marketing also manages the Gatling Academy (training center) and the Community (discussion with the Dev. community worldwide).
The mission of the product team is to find the right balance between the business stakes, customers' and users' needs, innovation, and open-source culture. It’s a prioritization challenge to keep a technically up-to-date product both competitive and attractive. The main job is to arbitrate the objectives. We define our roadmap, then find out the most impactful solutions, thanks to data analysis and user feedback, and finally coordinate everyone to build and ship it, including all internal and external communications. The product team is composed of a CPO, UX researcher, Product Manager and data analyst.
