Job description

The Projects Coordinator will manage and support the smooth operation of holiday home projects. This role involves handling various administrative tasks, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily project management activities across Sales, Marketing, Booking Management, Pricing and Operations

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.

- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are on track.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.

- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.

- Monitor and report on project progress.

- Provide support in resolving issues that arise during projects.
