La politique de télétravail chez Hublo est flexible : pendant leurs 6 premiers mois au sein de l’entreprise, les hublees bénéficient de 5 jours de télétravail par mois, afin de pouvoir monter en compétence, d’être à l’aise avec leurs missions et de s’intégrer au sein de leur équipe.
Ils peuvent ensuite prendre 10 jours par mois, à leur convenance (pas de jour fixe).

Certains postes spécifiques donnent droit à du télétravail complet, n’hésitez pas à demander des précisions lors de l’entretien RH !
