Founded in 2014, Ledger is the global platform for digital assets and Web3. Over 20% of the world’s crypto assets are secured through our Ledger Nanos. Headquartered in Paris and Vierzon, with offices in UK, US, Switzerland and Singapore, Ledger has a team of more than 500 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 6 millions units already sold in 200 countries. 


Your mission

  • Accounts payable:
  • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders to ensure accuracy
  • Register and manage invoices efficiently
  • Prepare and process payment batches
  • Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
  • Contribute to monthly and annual financial closings
  • Analyze and monitor account activities to ensure compliance

  • Expense reports:
  • Review and validate employee expense reports with attention to detail
  • Prepare payments and ensure proper record-keeping
  • Assist with fee declarations and reporting
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field
  • Degree in accounting or finance (BTS, DUT, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Excel for financial data analysis and reporting
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Collaborative team player with clear communication skills
  • Working knowledge of English and French is required.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus
