Le rôle de l'équipe Opérations est de créer une expérience client et vendeur exceptionnelle et différenciée, adaptée à l'industrie du DIY. Cela est rendu possible grâce à l'excellence opérationnelle et à l'évolutivité, ainsi qu'à la capacité d'innover et de se démarquer dans l'industrie. Le département Opérations est constitué de 4 équipes distinctes: Customer Service & Seller Support, Seller Quality, Delivery & Fulfillment et B2B.
Growth & Marketing
The Growth and Marketing teams are here to support ManoMano business volume growth by attracting qualified B2C and B2B visitors and profitability targets by having them become repeat customers. Their mission is to enhance our communication resonance to support the business by shifting perceptions, both outside and within our ecosystem.
