Position Overview :
Your mission will be to contribute to the whole development process, from system design to delivery and monitoring.
The Declaration Solutions team is in charge of submitting to organisms (For example URSSAF, France Travail in France.. HRMC in the UK) documents where PayFit declares all the financial information that involves paying contributions to the state and health organizations or receiving government help and benefits for the company or employee.
To do so, the team developed a solution that empowers declaration CS teams to manage the whole lifecycle of declarations (Reviewing the generated document, checking the result of the syntax validation before the submission, submitting or tracking submission status when it is done automatically, receiving organisms feedback on these submissions and managing a backlog of tasks to do following these feedback when necessary)

A Declarations squad is a team of 5 Software Engineers with an Engineering Manager leading the team, and a Product Manager who are working on their missions together.
Your future manager, Ghizlane has extensive experience in leading the development of complex technical projects, and will help you evolve in your role!
Interview process :
1. Initial Discovery Call: A Talent Acquisition representative will assess your qualifications and fit for the role.(30 min)
2. Call with an Engineering Manager: You will have a conversation with your future manager to further discuss your experience and skills.(30 min)
3. Technical Interview that comprises of 2 parts:
1) Coding Interview: You will be assessed on fundamental knowledge, including data structures and algorithms. This may be conducted through at-home coding exercises or live coding.(90 min)
2) System design Interview: You will participate in a system design interview, focusing on distributed systems and web architecture(90 mins)
5. Interviews with your Team: You will meet a Product Manager to get to know about the collaboration .(45 min)
4. Interview with Engineering Director: You will have a discussion with the Engineering Director to assess your technical level and fit within the team.(30 min)
