Our methodology is Scrum-based, with four teams working in two-week sprints to ensure rapid development, efficient collaboration, and continuous delivery of high-quality software solutions. This approach empowers us to adapt to changing requirements, maintain a steady pace of innovation, and meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders.

Recruitment process

Hiring process : 

  • The journey starts with an interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager; 

  • Then a second interview with the hiring Manager;

  • This will then be followed by a technical case  to validate your practical job-related  skills and a debrief session with the hiring manager and another team member; 

  • For the very final round, you will meet the CTO.
