At Sogelink, we firmly believe that professional development is a shared responsibility. Our employees, management team, and HR department work together to build meaningful career paths.
Thanks to the Group’s strong growth — combining internal development and strategic acquisitions — new opportunities and career bridges are constantly emerging.
We offer a range of initiatives to empower you to take charge of your own career. For instance, you’ll have the chance to take part in “job shadowing” experiences to better understand the roles that interest you.
In 2024, 48 Sogelink employees in France benefited from internal mobility opportunities.
I joined Sogelink as a Customer Service Technician and was immediately won over by the work environment — both professional and friendly.
Thanks to my dedication, I was quickly given the opportunity to manage a team. With the support of my manager, I was later promoted to Project Coordinator — a brand-new role that was a real challenge to take on.
When the company offered me the position of Client and Process Manager, in a department I knew well and surrounded by people I truly respected, it felt like a natural next step.
