Organization and methodologies

Sogelink

Our tech teams follow agile methodologies inspired by Scrum and Kanban, and adapt rituals based on their needs.

Key rituals include:

  • Stand-up meetings for daily coordination

  • Poker planning and sprint reviews to refine developments

  • Pair programming and code reviews to ensure quality

We work in SAFe cycles: every 10 weeks, we complete 5 sprints of 2 weeks, including:

  • One sprint dedicated to technical topics

  • One demo day open to the whole company

  • One planning day to prepare the next cycle

This framework engages all tech teams and ensures the continuous evolution of our products.

Recruitment process

Sogelink
  1. An initial phone call with someone from the recruitment team to understand your expectations and confirm your key requirements.

  2. A second, more in-depth interview with your future manager and your recruitment contact to discuss your background and the opportunity in detail.

  3. A technical meeting with one of our experts to introduce you to our tech environment and assess your skill level.

  4. A final meeting with our Head of Engineering and our HR Manager.
