Tomorro is doubling in size every year and expanding internationally, with Germany set to open as our next market in 2025.
To support this growth, we’re looking for an ambitious field marketer to join the team and help structure the Marketing department alongside Lucile (Head of Marketing), Briag (Lead Growth Outbound), and Octave (Demand Generation Manager).
As our first field marketer, your mission will be to drive business growth in Germany by supporting the sales team through diverse marketing strategies. These will include acquisition campaigns, social media initiatives, and events, all in collaboration with the French marketing team.

Develop and execute a marketing strategy tailored to the German market, collaborating with the French marketing team.
Support sales with targeted campaigns (ABM, lead gen) to drive pipeline and conversion, while tracking and optimizing key metrics.
Manage marketing initiatives such as events, content creation, paid advertising, SEO, and co-marketing campaigns.
Oversee and manage external freelancers (copywriters, ad specialists, etc.), ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.
Strengthen Tomorro’s brand by building relationships with local partners, media, and influencers, and promoting success stories.
Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success.
