1. PREAMBLE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to set out the rules applicable to the collection and processing of your personal information (hereinafter “Personal Data”) via our website solutions.welcometothejungle.com, its sub-domains (hereinafter the “Solutions Website”) and our product accessible via admin.welcometothejungle.com (hereinafter the “Product”), hereinafter jointly our “Services” or “Website(s)”.
Our Privacy Policy details the Personal Data that we collect and process via the Website, why We process your Personal Data, how We use it and the features offered to enable you to access and update your Personal Data.
It applies to our prospects and clients, employment and recruitment professionals, and persons browsing the Solutions Website as well as to employees, sub-contractors, consultants and representatives of our Clients who are authorised by the latter to use the Product (hereinafter jointly referred to as “User(s)”).
If you are a candidate or user of our website and candidate platform, we invite you to visit the dedicated privacy policy.
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by third-party companies, operating websites and tools of our partners or other websites or tools accessible from our services. We are not responsible for how these sites use your Personal Data.
2. ACCEPTANCE AND UPDATE OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY
By browsing our Solutions Website and using our Product you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and accept it without restriction or reservation. If you do not agree with any of its terms, you are free not to use our Services.
We may amend the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly if we implement a new Personal Data Processing operation. You are invited to consult this page regularly to ensure that you agree with any modifications. In the event of significant modifications, you will be informed of these modifications either by a special mention on our Websites or by notification by email.
3. DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

We are the data controller for all processing carried out on our Solution Website.
When you use our Product, we are the data controller for the creation of access to our Product for our Clients’ authorised users. We are a sub-contractor for all the processing operations detailed in our DPA.
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who will be your contact for any questions relating to the processing of your Personal Data. He or she can be contacted by e-mail at privacy@wttj.co.

If you do not complete these mandatory fields, we will not be able to provide you with our Services.
Personal Data not marked with an asterisk is optional; it enables us to get to know you better and to improve your experience and our Services.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your Personal Data is kept only for as long as is strictly necessary and proportionate to the purpose of the processing concerned.
When using the Solutions Website
The retention periods for cookies and other tracers are detailed in the Cookie Management Policy.
Your contact details collected as part of your subscription to our newsletter are kept until you request their deletion via the unsubscribe link available in our communications.
In the event of a period of inactivity, with no positive action on your part for more than 3 years, we reserve the right to send you a communication asking you whether you wish to continue to receive our communications. If you do not respond, we reserve the right to delete your Personal Data.
Your contact data (BtoB) collected as part of an information or demo form on our Websites (market research), downloading resources or any other form on our Solutions Website is deleted after 3 years from the last contact you have with us.
When using the Product
The Personal Data entered in your member area in our Product (name, email, photo, job title, comments, etc.) are kept for the duration of the Contract between WTTJ and the Client under the conditions described therein.
Our Customers’ Personal Data is kept for the duration of our Contract. It is deleted after 5 years from the end of our contractual relationship to comply with legal prescription obligations.
Before the expiry of these periods, we may contact you again to find out whether you wish to set up an additional retention period, in which case the periods indicated above will start running again.
Once this period has elapsed and your account has been effectively closed, your Personal Data will be rendered anonymous. It will then be used exclusively for statistical purposes.
8. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Sharing with third parties
The Personal Data that you transmit to us when using our Websites may be communicated to :

Transfers outside the EU
The Personal Data processed in connection with the use of our Websites is stored on servers located within the European Union.
When WTTJ uses service providers located outside the EU, guarantees are taken to protect and secure transfers. Thus, either these recipients are located in a country benefiting from an adequacy decision, or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission have been signed.
9. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We implement organisational and technical measures to protect the security of your Personal Data against any unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, damage or destruction.
In particular, our teams receive dedicated training in IT security and confidentiality management. We also encrypt data in transit and at rest.
Welcome to the Jungle and its technical and hosting service providers have implemented appropriate measures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and security of your Personal Data.
10. RESPECT FOR YOUR RIGHTS
You have a right of access to your Personal Data, the right to request its rectification, deletion or portability, as well as the right to request the limitation of the processing of your Personal Data, to withdraw your consent and to define directives concerning the fate of your Personal Data after your death.
You also have the option of objecting at any time:
- Processing for commercial prospecting purposes, implemented by WTTJ ;
- For reasons relating to your particular situation, processing based on the legitimate interests of WTTJ.
These rights may be exercised at any time by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at privacy@wttj.co.
Once you have contacted us, if you feel that your rights have not been respected, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
