I joined AB Tasty as a Customer Success Manager in September 2015, quickly managing my first clients and mastering the AB Tasty's solution.
After a year, I became Team Leader, overseeing team development and client portfolios. One year later, I advanced to Head of Customer Success Management France, leading 15 CSMs and tackling management challenges like structuring, retention, and recruitment.
Now, I support EMEA and APAC client teams, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, thanks to the support of my managers and the company’s continued evolution.
