Our objective is to develop and test a reusable and eco-responsible mini-launcher, leveraging the technologies and capabilities available by combining the agility of new space with the legacy of old space.
Each multidisciplinary and friendly team follows Agile and Scrum methodologies. The way of working is similar to a start-up, in a strong collaborative environment.
Everyone is relied upon for their ability to work quickly, to be "solution-oriented" and to suggest new ideas to support the company's process of continuous improvement.
Major product test per quarter
At the heart of our working meetings, Teams allows us to work together between our development and production sites and also facilitates remote working.
Teamwork is structured Scrum-style and facilitated by daily meetings
A quarterly planning meeting, off-site, for a duration of two days.
The company is made up of 7 teams, multidisciplinary and friendly, of versatile people. Each team is dedicated to developing part of the launcher's total system, while following Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Teamwork is structured under Program Increment planning and pre- and post-PI planning, system and solution demonstrations, and inspection and adaptation (I&A) events
