The Sales team is made of Account managers. Their mission is to assist companies of all sizes (start-ups, SMEs, major accounts) and all industries (SaaS, finance, construction, consulting, tech, industry, etc.) in France and abroad in choosing their tools and services to solve their business problems and reach their growth goals.
The Sales team works daily with the Marketing team to generate new opportunities, the Ops team to ensure the satisfaction of existing customers and to follow up on upsell/cross-sell opportunities and with the Tech team which can intervene in pre-sales.
The Ops team is composed of our RevOps consultants (Sales & Marketing) and our Growth consultants. Each consultant is responsible of a portfolio of clients and assists them in achieving their performance and growth objectives through the deployment or revamp of different solutions : CRM, Marketing, Customer Service, Website. Consultants also work on the overhaul of the sales and marketing processes for their clients or the optimization of all of their marketing actions in order to optimize their AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Revenue, Retention, Referral).
The Ops team also constantly updates internal processes and customer deliverables to ensure continuous improvement in project quality, team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The Tech team is composed of front-end, back-end and API developers as well as UX/UI designers who deliver technological solutions to our customers' business needs. They work directly with the Ops teams on a portfolio of clients to propose sustainable and scalable solutions as well as technological innovations.
The Tech team also works on improving in-house developed products and project processes for constant optimization of performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The People team counts a Talent Acquisition Manager dedicated to the search and recruitment of new talents, and an Administrative and financial manager. They work together in close collaboration with the Ops team and the Marketing team on a wide variety of topics: career management, social policy, internal events and employer branding.
