Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for creating and managing content to enhance the online presence and engagement of prospects, students, their families, and the communities of Albert School and Eugenia School. Your main tasks include:
Script writing for advertising campaigns: Developing scripts and key messages for online advertisements, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Visual and video content creation: Designing engaging videos (editing via CapCut and Final Cut Pro) and impactful visuals for social media and advertising campaigns using Canva and other creative tools.
Social media management: Daily management of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok…), including content posting, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring viral trends/market trends.
Editorial line development: Contributing to the definition and implementation of the editorial strategy across digital channels by proposing creative and innovative ideas.
Community engagement: Developing and managing an ambassador program to mobilize students, alumni, and other community members to promote the brand and enhance engagement.
Performance analysis: Monitoring KPIs, analyzing content performance, and adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
Inter-department collaboration: Working closely with marketing, events, and educational teams to ensure message consistency and maximize content impact.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in communication, advertising, marketing, or equivalent.
Initial experience (including internships) or a strong passion for content creation and social media management (e.g., YouTuber, successful Instagram account, etc.).
Proficiency in visual and video creation tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.) and comfort with various social platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored to different audiences in both English and French.
Autonomous, creative, and resourceful, capable of proposing innovative ideas and managing projects from start to finish.
Passionate about new digital trends and always on the lookout for market developments.
Native or bilingual English proficiency (70% of the content is created in English).
A take-home practical exercise, followed by an in-depth interview.
