- Team Management: Managing a team of 5 (4 in France + 1 in the US) experienced Project Managers in drone shows.
- Training and Monitoring: Training and overseeing the team, recruiting when necessary.
Event Production:
- Site Visits and Technical Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the technical feasibility of the site.
- Monitoring Timelines and Budgets: Oversee the planning and budget for each operation.
- Coaching Project Managers: Provide guidance on project management and client relations.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate internal and external resources for event execution.
- Sourcing Partners and External Providers: Source, contract and collaborate with external partners and service providers.
- Technical Direction: Take charge of large-scale or strategic and sensitive projects.
Processes:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team to ensure technical feasibility, human resources availability, and budget during the sales process.
- Partner Training and Management: Research, integrate, train, and manage partners in drone show operations (operators, road teams, etc.) as well as in related fields (sound, special effects, safety, etc.).
- Process Improvement: Improve processes to make event production more efficient, from obtaining permits to show execution.
- Event Planning and Collaboration Tools: Manage collaboration and event planning tools (Oovizz).
- Coordination with “Resource” Teams: Work with resource teams to identify needs, allocate resources, and ensure project feasibility. The resource teams mainly include workshops (drone manufacturing, maintenance, and stock management), the creative team (show choreography and soundtrack production), and R&D (continuous improvement of proprietary software used in drone show production and execution).

Mobility: Position based in Bègles (Bordeaux), with travel required for certain events, both in France and abroad.
Experienced Event Project Manager (or Event Production Director)
- 15+ years of experience, including international projects.
- On-site Experience in live outdoor events (concerts, shows, festivals, etc.).
