As a Senior Content Strategy & Communications Manager at Fintecture, you will lead & execute our content strategy. You will drive creative communications initiatives and oversee brand management to contribute to our commercial growth and elevate our market presence. You will play a critical role in targeting key decision-makers within enterprises, such as CFOs, treasurers, credit managers, and heads of payment.
You will report directly to Sophie, our VP Marketing & Business Development, who is responsible for Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Ops and Customer Success. Sophie reports to the CEO and is a member of our Strategic committee.
🎯Key Responsibilities:
Content Management:
Develop and manage a robust content strategy to position Fintecture as a thought leader in the payment, fraud detection, and regulatory space.
Write high-quality white papers, blog posts, LinkedIn articles, position papers, and other written contents aligned with our acquisition & brand strategy.
Conduct interviews with customers to produce case studies and testimonials that highlight Fintecture’s value proposition.
Ensure some content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the company’s messaging and goals.
Brand & Communications Strategy :
Oversee the development and maintenance of the Fintecture brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
Create efficient messages that make our offer easy to understand.
Plan and execute creative communication campaigns using various formats such as videos, infographics, podcasts etc, while ensuring all campaigns are visually appealing and on-brand.
Build a community around Fintecture & extend our share of voice
Creative and efficient presentations:
Design and develop compelling presentations for sales enablement, partnership development, and corporate communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create materials that clearly communicate Fintecture’s value to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Market Watch:
Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ activities, and emerging opportunities.
Maintain an operational competitive analysis via battle cards for the distribution teams.
