To master the use of the different reports linked to the performance of the tasks inherent to the work of valet/housekeeper, team member or housekeeper.

Ensuring the proper coordination of tasks and instructions to be carried out.

Supporting and directing the team of valets and team members on the floors.

Control rooms (departures, recouches, vacancies and VIPs) and ensure compliance with Quality Criteria.

Know the list of VIPs and other clients and know how to inform his/her staff.

Making recommendations, resolving conflicts, coaching and taking action when necessary.

Be responsible for the smooth running of work and team spirit on the floors.

Ensuring that valets and team members follow departmental procedures by performing spot-checks throughout the day while performing tasks.

Ensure follow-up of special requests from guests (extra pillows, request for an ironing board, etc….).

Create experiences and surprises throughout the stay to make each guest stay unique.

Ensure that public areas (corridors, lifts, etc.) and back office areas (pantries, storerooms, etc.) are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness and stock.

Ensure the technical maintenance of the rooms and common areas by working in collaboration with the technical teams (painters, cabinet makers, plumbers, electricians, etc.).

Attend departmental meetings.

Be able to respond quickly and intelligently to emergency situations in the hotel.

Inform the General Manager of unusual events and communicate special instructions to the Evening Manager.

Participate in special projects, work assignments and other exceptional responsibilities.

Ensure compliance with safety and security rules (material and personal data).
