Descriptif du poste

Trustbuilder Sales Engineers oversee demonstrating the technical and business value Trustbuilder products bring to prospects and customers. They are involved in all stages of the sales cycle, from discovery to POCs to being a trusted advisor to the prospect until the closing and beyond. Sales Engineers are key players in the sales team.

  • Provide compelling product demos and POCs to demonstrate various use cases

  • Position Trustbuilder against competing products

  • Handle prospects’ technical questions or objections

  • Assess Trustbuilder product to emphasize its value for prospects and customers

  • Support partners and Trustbuilder sales team in the sales cycle

  • Provide feedback from client interactions to product and engineering teams

  • Build answers to RFI and RFP with or without partners

  • Deliver Trustbuilder training to customers and partners

  • Design Trustbuilder architecture and implementation in regard to prospects and customers’ IT infrastructure and needs

  • Propose and conduct webinars in collaboration with the marketing team


Profil recherché

  • 4+ years of SE experience in B2B SaaS or Networking/Security solutions, preferably identity and authentication solutions

  • Experience with standard authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, Radius, LDAP)

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • Ability to script, develop simple web or mobile app, use API

  • An In-depth knowledge of Identity/Access Management and two-factor/multi-factor authentication is a plus

  • Technical understanding of core security topics (SSL/TLS, password hashing, encryption, etc.)

  • Technical knowledge in corporate IT ecosystem (VPN, Microsoft 365, Cloud services, SSO, Microsoft architectures)

  • Technical experience in managing IT systems is a plus

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Customer-centric mindset

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, can-do attitude

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Ability to follow through and meet deadlines

  • Languages skills: English, Dutch and French
