Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead workstreams or mid-sized projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Stakeholder Coordination: Manage day-to-day communication with internal teams, client stakeholders and partners, aligning on goals, deliverables, and KPIs.
Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting tools to track progress and flag potential risks.
Scenario Planning Support: Assist in building impact models and scenario plans to guide strategic decision-making.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in project workflows and methodologies.
Technology & AI Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to support the seamless integration of AI and data solutions into business operations.
Profile & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in project management, ideally in digital transformation, data, supply chain or AI-related projects, and ideally in a start-up / scale-up.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with change management methodologies is a plus.
Skills:
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint – presentations and compelling visualization
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Agile/Scrum certification or experience is an advantage.
