Marketing Process & Governance Manager (remote)
This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement of our Marketing processes. It will support delivery of profitable growth for Quadient, with the most efficient and secure Marketing processes. A special focus to be made on financial processes including: vendor onboarding, raising purchase orders and budget management.
This position is remote and reports into the Budget Operations Director.
Your role in our future
Develop, implement, and maintain marketing processes and governance frameworks
Oversee compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Conduct regular audits of marketing activities and processes
Identify areas for improvement and lead process optimisation initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing processes with overall business objectives
Manage and update documentation for marketing processes and best practices
Train team members on new processes and governance requirements
Monitor KPIs related to process efficiency and effectiveness
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing operations or process management
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Proficient in project management and process mapping
Solid understanding of Data Quality & Data Hygiene
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and drive change across multiple teams
