Job responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Assist in executing daily quality system document control and management tasks; 协助执行日常质量体系文件控制和管理工作;
2. Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management system documents (e.g., SOPs, work instructions); 参与制定、实施和维护质量管理体系文件(例如,标准作业指导书等);
3. Assist in handling quality issues, performing root cause analysis, and following up on improvement measures; 协助处理质量问题,进行根本原因分析和改进措施跟进;
4. Assist in conducting quality training and educational activities; 协助开展质量培训及教育活动;
5. Assist in managing archiving files; 协助管理档案存档工作;
6. Assist in managing personnel authorization and maintaining authorization information; 协助管理人员授权,和维护人员授权信息;
7. Support the collection and analysis of quality data, and prepare reports and summaries; 支持收集和分析质量数据,编写报告和总结;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by line manager. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
Job Requirements岗位需求:
1) Bachelor degree or above; 本科及以上学历;
2) Good ability in English, CET-6 or above; 英语六级及以上;
3) Good computer skills especially for MS office (Outlook, WORD, PPT, EXCEL, VISIO, etc.); 熟练使用办公软件(Outlook、WORD、PPT、EXCEL、VISIO等);
4) Excellent document writing skills; 文档写作功底扎实;
5) Priority to those who with a basic understanding of quality management system; 对质量管理体系有一定了解的优先;
6) Good teamwork spirit and adaptability; 具有良好的团队合作精神和适应能力;
7) Proactive in learning new knowledge and skills, willing to take on challenges and tasks; 积极学习新知识和技能,愿意接受挑战和任务;
8) Clear logical thinking, with excellent communication skills, initiative and execution; 逻辑思维清晰,具备优秀的沟通能力、主动型和执行力;
9) Ensure a minimum internship period of 6 consecutive months, with at least 4 days of attendance per week.保证至少连续6个月的实习期,一周至少保证4天出勤。
