Overview: As a Data Analyst, you will drive key data insights for our SaaS and Marketplace businesses, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and product optimization. Your work will directly support our growth strategy, improving user segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing impact.
Responsibilities:
Metrics Tracking: Monitor e-commerce funnel & SaaS KPIs to improve acquisition and retention.
A/B Testing: Design and analyze tests to inform product improvements and user experience.
Customer Segmentation: Develop customer profiles to guide marketing and product decisions.
Marketing Analytics: Assess campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
Data Reporting: Create dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to support data-driven initiatives.
Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, etc.)
3+ years of experience as a data analyst, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce
Strong understanding of e-commerce & Saas metrics and KPIs
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying tools (e.g., BigQuery, etc)
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and campaign analytics
Solid communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders
Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
