Within the TECHNIP Energies universe, the Lyon centre is referenced as the Group's centre of expertise in the field of Polyolefins. About the job :
You will report functionally to the Head of the HVAC Engineering Department and operationally to the Project Manager.
As a leader in your speciality and as part of multidisciplinary teams, you will take part in feasibility studies, design and implementation of our design and project management or turnkey (EPC) contracts as part of projects in France and abroad.
You will be responsible for a project team, from defining the design of the HVAC systems, specifying the equipment and monitoring the supplier files through to delivery of the equipment.

You will be in constant interaction with the other departments (Installation, Civil, Process, Electrical, Instrumentation, HSEd, etc.) to centralise requests, clarify requirements, analyse specific deviations from suppliers and resolve technical problems.
About you :

Trained as a general engineer and/or specialising in thermal engineering, you have more than 7 years' significant experience in HVAC engineering,You have experience in the energy, industry or pharmaceutical sectors, with experience in HVAC design for clean rooms or on Oil & Gas projects,Your organisation, negotiation and communication skills, decision-making and speed of execution will all be key to your success in this role,In addition, you will be able to adapt and grow with ease in contact with different people and cultures,You are fluent in English and have a good command of technical English, and are able to take part in meetings and draft technical documents in English,You will be mobile and able to travel occasionally in France and abroad.
